My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fabulous, with easy access to many restaurants and shops, offering a small village feel. The rooms, although located underneath the pool area and quite far from reception at their sister property Katikies in Oia, were clean and comfortable. The service by the staff was amazing, always smiling and supportive, even providing a cell phone for convenience. The dining experience was good with nice Greek options, but the facilities were a bit lacking. Overall, a great location with some room for improvement in service offerings.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were so fantastic that I spent most of my time there. The location was very convenient, with Firostefani village center just around the corner, and Fira only about a 10-minute walk away. However, being below the deck and pool meant I was occasionally disturbed by noise from above, like chairs and tables being moved around. The rooms were clean, slick, and tastefully decorated.

The rooms have lovely patios where you can hang out and watch the sunset, but being located towards the lowest level means there are about 200 steps to climb to the top. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, but the noise from above can be a bit bothersome at times.
