Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience with a glorious celebration of interior design and heavenly facilities, albeit with some noise disturbances at night from neighboring parties and a challenging climb down the steps in the heat.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fabulous, with easy access to many restaurants and shops, offering a small village feel. The rooms, although located underneath the pool area and quite far from reception at their sister property Katikies in Oia, were clean and comfortable. The service by the staff was amazing, always smiling and supportive, even providing a cell phone for convenience. The dining experience was good with nice Greek options, but the facilities were a bit lacking. Overall, a great location with some room for improvement in service offerings.

The hotel offered spacious rooms with a Jacuzzi that was really nice, and breakfast was delightful with stunning views of the caldera. However, the lack of an attached balcony as advertised was disappointing, and noise from neighboring rooms could be disruptive at night.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, the Jacuzzi was a real treat, and the breakfast with a view was unforgettable. Plus, the hotel surprised us with a fabulous upgrade for our anniversary, making our stay extra special.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were so fantastic that I spent most of my time there. The location was very convenient, with Firostefani village center just around the corner, and Fira only about a 10-minute walk away. However, being below the deck and pool meant I was occasionally disturbed by noise from above, like chairs and tables being moved around. The rooms were clean, slick, and tastefully decorated.
